About the Event

Bringing the arts to life for diverse learners can be most impactful when we take a learning-styles-informed, multi-modal approach. Planning teaching strategies for visual-spatial, grapho-motoric, kinesthetic, and auditory-verbal learners will allow them to access the arts "their way" using their natural intelligences. This workshop will provide essential information and direct experiences in these learning styles, helping you better understand your strengths and teaching proclivities, with an aim to identify teaching strategies outside of your comfort zone that bear further exploration. We'll journal and discuss emerging discoveries throughout the workshop.
